Adaptiv Network has broadened its SD-WAN portfolio by buying SD-WAN vendor ELFIQ Networks from Martello Technologies Group. Financial terms of the deal, which was announced on Wednesday, weren’t available.
Adaptiv Networks bills itself as a cloud-native, SD-WAN-as-a-service vendor. As part of its international expansion, ELFIQ Networks’ SD-WAN and link balancing solutions are now available to Adaptiv’s channel partners. ELFIQ, which was founded in 2002, targets mid-size enterprises.
The ELFIQ Networks’ link balancing and SD-WAN solutions offer flexibility and improved performance for enterprises that need access to digital services at speeds up to 20 Gbps. Combining the “as-a-service” model with the flexibility and robustness of ELFIQ’s Layer 2 network edge solution complements Adaptiv’s cloud-native SD-WAN, according to Adaptiv.
