Eligibility, Terms and Conditions for Telarus Partner Summit SPIFF Bonus Vouchers
Eligibility
- Each coupon can only be used once, and is limited to one per deal.
- This program is only applicable to net-new logos.
- This voucher can, exclusively, be combined with the Adaptiv SD-WAN Summer SPIFF Program.
- Eligible products are the Business Connect, Enterprise Connect, My Connect, Cloud Protect, and Cloud Secure subscriptions.
- Deal must be processed through Telarus.
- Deal must be registered with Adaptiv Networks and is subject to approval by Adaptiv, which may require further qualification by a solution engineer, at Adaptiv’s sole discretion.
- A signed purchase order or signed Adaptiv quote must be received by Adaptiv Networks on or before December 31st, 2024.
- Installation must be completed no later than January 31st, 2025.
Additional Terms & Conditions
- The maximum pay-out by Adaptiv Networks under this program, or any combination of this and other programs, is limited to $35,000 USD per eligible deal.
- All SPIFF are paid on collected MRR in accordance with Adaptiv Networks standard commissions practice.
- All SPIFF payments will be issued the month following receipt of payment against the customer’s first invoice.
- Renewals, reconfigurations, expansions, moves, and/or changes to existing services do not qualify under this program.
- Adaptiv Networks reserves the right to track orders included in the Promotion and recover payment in the event of cancellation or modification.
